We met in an Internet chat room when I was 15 and Sarah was 17 we have been together 15 years in September.

The proposal
Sarah proposed to me on September 3rd in a hotel room in Burnley on the eve off our friends wedding day. She scattered rose petals on the bed, bought me presents and a photo plaque stating how she felt and a beautiful diamond engagement ring.

I had already planned my proposal to her. On the 6th September on our 13 year anniversary I booked a meal and ordered a white Chrysler limousine to take us to Uno Momentos in Stokesley Inside the car was s bottle of champagne a single red rose and a diamond engagement ring.

The Wedding Venue
We went to our first wedding fayre at Gisborough Hall Hotel in Guisborough and both myself and my wife fell in love with the place straight away, it was our dream wedding venue. The service, the food and preparations it was just the most amazing day ever that we will cherish forever, it was perfect.

The Theme
We had a white and champagne gold theme for the room. The bridesmaids wore white dresses and my page boy, best man and father off the bride had champagne gold suits and waist coats.

The Dresses
When I tried on the dress at wed2b in Newcastle it just felt like the right dress, with a huge train and a long veil it was beautiful.

My wife bought her dress from Bridal Factory Outlet in Northallerton, a nice white elegant dress, it looked stunning and so did she.

Our wedding shoes were purchased from BHS.

Our makeup was by a professional makeup artist Nicole Wright.

The Big Day
There were many things about the day that made it special and the fantastic weather just added to the day and made it perfect. We were both nervous however once the ceremony was over we could relax with our family and friends.
